Groupon's plans for an IPO had been delayed after the stock market slump at the end of the summer. Droid RAZR is also trending, after Motorola's(MMI) introduction of the new smartphone on Tuesday. Representatives from the company have dubbed the device the "world's thinnest smartphone." The phone, available in the U.S. next month from Verizon (VZ), is reportedly the first smartphone to be able to download HD movies from Netflix. It will not, however, run on the new Ice Cream Sandwich Android operating system. Dropbox is another popular search. The online storage company announced on Tuesday that it has raised $250 million for expansion plans. With its new funding, Dropbox plans to increase staffing, build up operations, make acquisitions and secure new business partners. The start-up, which has increased its users to 45 million from 25 million in April, intentionally chose investors who had worked with companies like Facebook and LinkedIn. Dropbox allows users to access their photos, documents and other data from nearly any device connected to the Internet. The chatter on Main Street (a.k.a.
