NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Among stocks to watch Monday are Google Inc., Tesla Motors Inc. and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.

Google Inc. GOOG �said late Friday in a regulatory filing that Chairman Eric Schmidt was planning to sell nearly half his shares � 3.2 million out of his 7.6 million � in the search giant. Tesla Motors Inc. TSLA � shares were down 3% Monday following a negative review of the electric-car-maker�s Model S sedan, which is the first car it designed completely, in the New York Times. The company is likely to announce this week the exact date of its fourth-quarter results. It doesn�t plan to release them this week, the company said Monday.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. LGF �is expected to report third-quarter earnings of 21 cents a share, according to a survey by FactSet.

Nielsen Holdings N.V. NLSN �is expected to post fourth-quarter earnings of 56 cents a share.

Owens & Minor Inc. OMI �is forecast to report fourth-quarter earnings of 47 cents a share.

Loews Corp. L �posted a fourth-quarter loss on Monday, as it was hit by an impairment charge and its insurance unit CNA Financial Corp. was impacted by losses related to Hurricane Sandy. The company said it swung to a loss of $32 million, or eight cents a share, from a profit of $271 million, or 68 cents a share, a year earlier. Analysts had projected fourth-quarter earnings of 30 cents a share. Shares were down less than 0.1%. Read more on Loews.

American Financial Group Inc. AFG �is expected to post fourth-quarter earnings of 64 cents a share.

Annie�s Inc. BNNY �is projected to post third-quarter earnings of 14 cents a share.

TW Telecom Inc. TWTC �is likely to report fourth-quarter earnings of 15 cents a share.
