Apple: Report New Touch Will Have 5 MP Camera, FaceTime

Apple (AAPL) is apparently planning a new version of the iPod Touch with a 5 MP camera that can shoot HD video, according to the U.K. tech site Electric Pig. The information comes from a slide displayed at a presentation by the U.K. electronics retails John Lewis, which you can see on the Electric Pig post.

The slide also indicates that the new Touch will have an accelerometer, a gyroscope and fast YouTube uploading. And it supposedly will be FaceTime capable, which suggests it will have a front-facing camera. The report says the company will unveil the new Touch in September.
